Your Responsibilities

Account Closure by Player

Upon receipt of a closure request, ct88 will process any outstanding verified balance to your registered payment method before closing the account, provided that KYC verification has been completed and no investigation is pending. Accounts subject to an active fraud or abuse investigation may be withheld pending resolution.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

5. Game Rules and Fair Play

8. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit ct88's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by ct88's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. ct88 does not exclude liability for any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of Bangladesh that cannot be contractually waived.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

ct88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its reasonable discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including eligibility violations, provision of false information, duplicate account registration, bonus abuse, use of prohibited tools, or collusion with other players.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, identity theft, criminal activity, or any other conduct that ct88 is required to report to relevant authorities under applicable law.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by ct88, or provision of KYC documentation that ct88 reasonably believes to be forged, altered, or otherwise inauthentic.

10. Amendments to These Terms

ct88 may amend these Terms at any time. Where a material amendment is made, ct88 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via their registered mobile number or the platform's in-account notification system at least seven (7) days before the amendment takes effect, except where an amendment is required urgently to address a security issue, prevent fraud, or comply with a legal or regulatory obligation, in which case the amendment may take effect immediately. Your continued use of the ct88 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with the Account Closure procedure set out above.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
